On-campus Leaderships

Rothschild Residential College President | Vanderbilt University
  • I lead a group of 6 students to make college life more fun and exciting ā˜€ļø
  • I planned weekly events, meaning we had to meet 2 times a week to ensure everything was šŸ‘
APIDAM Vice President | Asian American Student Association
  • As an Asian American student from Hawaii, it was very important that our voice was heard throughout our Nashville community. I hosted events like AASA Night Market, Fables and Florals, and Taste of Asia
    • AASA Night Market:
      • asked 20 student organizations (such as KUSA for Korea, SACE for South Asia) to bring the ethnic food
First-violin | Vanderbilt Commodore Orchestra (VCO)
  • My passion for music started when I first learned the šŸŽ¹ at the age of 3-4. Ever since then, I have enjoyed the process of patiently practicing to become better at other instruments too (šŸŽ» šŸŖˆ šŸŽø ā€¦). My passion for the šŸŽ» began at the age of 10 after receiving my instrument on a random April 25th. I joined the middle school advanced strings for 3 years, the high school orchestra throughout the year, and the Hawaii Youth Symphony Orchestra šŸŽ¼ šŸŽµ before COVID šŸ’Š šŸ˜· . Joining a college non-major orchestra (VCO) has been a challenge for me, but I have definitely learned to appreciate classical music more than before, and I'm proud of that!
HOD Major Department Head | Peabody Academic Mentors
  • I hold office hours for students to ask me questions! I also hold the school-wide events like freshmen orientation & study halls.
